Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; four years payroll experience or a bachelor’s with two years payroll experience.
• Experience with UltiPro HRIS software preferred.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems (NOVA Time, WFM or follow‑on).

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and distribution to VOALA employees (semi-monthly).
• Maintain payroll data, exemptions, insurance, and deductions in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Prepare W2s and 1095-C; assist with year-end reporting and payroll-related inquiries.
• Generate payroll reports and BI reports; handle direct deposits and checks.
