The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field and relevant payroll experience, with opportunities to mentor staff and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have experience with UltiPro and Great Plains, and must pass fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Two years accounting or payroll experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs semi-monthly payroll processing for 2,400+ employees.
• Review accuracy of time sheets and deductions such as garnishments.
• Coordinate with HR, Programs, and Finance to ensure data integrity.
• Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and post entries to accounting system.
• Mentor Payroll Department staff and support process improvement.
