Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Experience in payroll processing and payroll tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic timekeeping program and validate entries.
• Train staff on timekeeping processes and answer related questions.
• Assist in year-end reporting and delivery of W-2s and 1095-C forms.
• Prepare semi-monthly payroll processing from UltiPro and generate required reports.
• Prepare and allocate system expenses related to payroll and timekeeping.
