Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience with emphasis on payroll tax knowledge
• Experience with payroll software ISolved is a plus
• Capable of providing excellent and timely client service
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and self-starter capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues
• Team-oriented and able to implement new ideas and procedures

Responsabilités

• Process payroll from start to finish for assigned clients using standard processing procedures
• Support clients with payroll troubleshooting and client tickets
• Explain requirements clearly to collect data and documents from clients
• Provide quality self-review procedures and take ownership of work
• Prepare payroll tax filings for clients
• Assist with payroll projects as needed by the firm
