This role handles end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, with emphasis on payroll tax preparation and tax registrations, and a focus on accuracy and client service. Candidates should have 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll rules and taxability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience with emphasis on payroll tax knowledge and taxability rules.
• Experience with payroll software ISolved is a plus.
• Capable of providing excellent client service and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll from start to finish for assigned clients using firm procedures.
• Support clients with payroll troubleshooting and client tickets.
• Explain data requirements to collect necessary information from clients.
• Perform quality self-review of work and take ownership.
• Prepare payroll tax filings for clients and assist with payroll projects.
