DeWinter Group seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist for a fully remote, part-time role. You will manage multi-state payroll for about 60 employees, process RSUs/ESPPs, and handle 401(k) administration with Franklin Templeton.

Experience with UKG Ultipro or ADP is required, plus public company exposure. Expect Pacific Time hours and potential to scale hours as the calendar requires. This position offers long-term growth within a cutting-edge aerospace sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle, multi-state payroll for ~60 employees across multiple states.
• Strong proficiency with UKG (Ultipro), ADP, or similar payroll platforms.
• Hands-on experience processing RSUs and ESPPs.
• Expertise in 401(k) administration and reporting, specifically with Franklin Templeton.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work Pacific Time hours during scheduled payroll processing days.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency due to federal regulations in the aerospace sector.
• Experience working within a public company environment.
