Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Payroll Specialist to manage accurate biweekly U.S. payroll for employees, predominantly remote with a Beaverton office day each two weeks. Role covers expatriate payroll, equity transactions, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of multi-state payroll experience, strong ADP WFN and UKG proficiency, and excellent analytical skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Experience supporting expatriate payroll or RSU/ESPP payroll is a plus.
• CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute biweekly U.S. payroll using ADP and UKG Pro with accuracy.
• Process new hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, deductions, and leave effects.
• Audit and reconcile payroll registers, timesheets, and tax withholdings.
