A strong focus on CA filings and payroll accuracy is essential. You will manage Anaplan workflows, maintain tax compliance, and partner with finance to uphold payroll controls while mentoring colleagues and driving process

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a payroll role with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with CA payroll filings and compliance.
• Remote-friendly, part-time team environment.
• 7+ years applying meticulous attention to detail in finance.

Responsibilities

• Translate the finance cost structure into the pricing floor leadership trusts
• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the CA filings never bounce
• Keep the CA unemployment and withholding accounts perfectly square
• Maintain accurate records in Attention to Detail and recommend process improvements
• Administer the company expense policy and audit reimbursement claims
