Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance.
• Experience with government contracting payroll preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately.
• Administer timesheets and import for all employees.
• Ensure payroll complies with policies and laws.
• Maintain payroll GL accounts and journal entries.
• Prepare tax reports and assist audits.
