Strada in Poland is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support Polish payroll end-to-end, aligning with client requirements and defined standards.

You will work within a multinational environment, enabling growth and delivering accurate reporting while contributing to process improvements and knowledge updates across payroll procedures.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of experience administering Polish payroll in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments.
• Excellent English skills (B2 minimum) and strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support Polish payroll and payroll team from end to end according to defined standards.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support Change Requests when deviations occur.
• Understand payroll reports and statutory year-end reporting needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Polish legislation and payroll procedures; manage road map updates.
• Answer payroll-related questions from team and clients; support Operations Manager.

Senior Payroll Specialist Poland

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting polish payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated polish payroll tasks and transaction.
• Pro-actively identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified. This may include, but is not limited to, estimating and implementing changes.
• Understanding standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service.
• Maintaining current knowledge ofpolish legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map.
• Answering payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities.
• Updating, maintaining and enforcing the usage of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensuring compliant use of all systems.
• Participating and championing innovation activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting and guiding project implementations and go-lives.
• Participating in projects and activities as needed and assigned.

Requirements

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with polish payroll.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Very good English skills (B2 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
