Job summary

Pandora is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join Pandora Americas Shared Services. You will manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entities and frequencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to deliver reliable payroll processing for 10,000+ retail employees across NAM using Dayforce and UKG, with data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of high-volume payroll experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of high-volume payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG, SuccessFactors and Dayforce or Enterprise Time Keeping is a must.
• Experience with processing payroll adjustments and W2C’s in UKG.
• Strong understanding of tax jurisdiction based on work and resident state.
• Strong analytical capability for pay components.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, garnishments, and deductions.
• CPP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Pandora Americas Shared Service payroll process as a primary SME for NAM payroll.
• Execute end-to-end payroll for multi-entity, multi-frequency submissions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to ensure proper controls.
• Perform payroll data audits, reconciliations, and audits.
• Process off-cycle payrolls and manual payments with approvals.
• Manage time and attendance data in SAP SuccessFactors and Dayforce integrations.
