InnVentures LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll administration in a dynamic US environment. This role ensures accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, and timely processing.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with UKG or Workday, and strong Excel/analytical and communication skills. In return, the company offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Experience with UKG or Workday payroll systems.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states and locations.
• Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions and taxes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage payroll deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
• Support audits and year-end payroll activities.
• Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Recommend improvements to payroll procedures and systems.
