Responsibilities

• Enter and review bi-weekly and semi-monthly time sheets for union, SCA, Non-exempt and Exempt employees.
• Oversee full payroll process for multi-state employees, auditing and processing data.
• Process payroll from start to finish under tight deadlines.
• Calculate exemptions such as bonuses, garnishments, and terminations.
• Maintain and file payroll reports accurately and timely.
• Review and update employee leave records.
• Maintain payroll records and employee/payroll data.
• Collaborate with departments and maintain accurate records.
