Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for all team members. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in payroll systems, and the ability to lead when the Payroll Manager is unavailable. This on-site position reflects our commitment to reliable payroll operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience processing payroll for 1,500+ employees.
• Proficiency with ADP and strong Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Independently manages full-cycle payroll processing for all team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and wage regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Train and mentor junior Payroll Specialists, lead in absence of manager.
