Qualifications

• Associate's degree or vocational training in a related field.

• Analysis and reporting of financial data; auditing and records retention.
• Payroll policies, state and federal regulations, and rules.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for the Accounting Manager for AZ360 maintenance and payroll staff direction.
• Review, analyze, verify, and monitor payroll documents, reports, and entries for accuracy; make corrections as needed.
• Maintain payroll records, update HR data entry, tax exemptions, ASRS status, transfers, and terminations.
• Create payroll reports, audit errors, observe trends, and support budget and grants teams.
• Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers and train Payroll/Travel staff.
