Job summary

Servier, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for about 700 employees and build scalable processes.

You will act as the ADP Workforce Now expert and partner with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This hybrid Boston role requires strong payroll knowledge, multi-state experience, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining internal controls and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the ADP payroll system is required.
• Experience leading payroll transitions and system implementations.
• Experience with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee bi-weekly payroll for ~700 employees.
• Lead ADP Workforce Now reporting, audits, and issue resolution.
• Drive payroll process improvements and scalable HR/Payroll operations.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance and external vendors.
