Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced payroll professional to oversee payroll processing for client engagements in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will review data for accuracy, coordinate with clients on requirements, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and train junior staff while supporting onboarding and system implementations. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–6 years of payroll services experience.
• FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll processing activities for assigned client engagements.
• Review payroll data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients on payroll requirements, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train and guide junior team members on payroll procedures.
• Support client onboarding and payroll system implementations.
