RSM US LLP seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll for multi-state clients. You will ensure compliance with payroll laws, balance taxes per cycle, and handle year-end processing while delivering accurate payroll reports to clients and leadership.
You will work with Dayforce and MS Office 365, bringing 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Expect travel up to 20% and a confidential, client-focused environment.

RSM’s Payroll Services practice is looking for a dynamic Senior Payroll Specialist with a team-oriented mindset and a love for collaborating and helping clients solve problems. You will be an expert resource, with senior level knowledge in payroll processing, client support, payroll workflows and platforms.
Compensation Range: $62,800 - $103,400. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
