Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• At least 7 years of payroll-related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; FPC or CPP designation.
• Experience with Oracle and UKG time and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Processes Tulane’s bi-weekly and monthly payrolls and ensures correct amounts and schedule adherence.
• Maintains payroll systems and complies with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Provides guidance to junior payroll staff and oversees daily work.
• Resolves complex, non-routine payroll issues and researches best practices.
