The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ADP experience. On-site work in Lowell, MA with year-round 12-month calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience with ownership of compliance and reconciliation.
• Hands-on expertise with ADP payroll platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with budget, audit, and year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for ~240 staff via ADP with minimal supervision.
• Lead ADP configuration, pay policies, deductions, and system troubleshooting.
• Manage monthly MTRS reporting and contributions; reconcile against payroll deductions.
• Perform payroll-related GL reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close.
