ARMOR-IIMAK North America is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff. You will maintain records, handle inquiries, and stay current with payroll laws to ensure compliance.

The role requires extensive ADP experience, a bachelor-level accounting/finance/HR degree, and a CPA-like designation is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or HR required.
• Certified Payroll Professional designation is a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience with HR/Payroll systems, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Address payroll-related inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Support year-end processes and W-2 processing.
• Prepare payroll reports for upper management.
