As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. This role requires expertise in payment calculations, payroll systems, and wage and hour laws. You will train and support Payroll Analysts, maintain training materials, assist with audits, support governance plans, manage payroll projects, perform system testing in Oracle Cloud Payroll, and backup the Payroll Manager to meet departmental goals.

This is a remote position, subject to change.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in staff audits for payroll accuracy.
2. Identify discrepancies and collaborate on corrective actions.
3. Support payroll governance and compliance initiatives.
4. Lead payroll projects, ensuring timely execution.
5. Test and troubleshoot the Oracle Cloud Payroll System.
6. Provide backup support for the Payroll Manager.
7. Contribute to a supportive team environment.
8. Advise on payroll programs and issues.
