We’re a mission-driven non-profit staffing firm dedicated to supporting military professionals in their transition to civilian careers. We partner with a diverse network of employers nationwide to place exceptional talent in roles across various industries. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in making a difference—one placement at a time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates using innovative recruiting strategies (cold-calling, referrals, networking, targeted outreach, and more).
  • Review and understand clients’ hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Screen, evaluate, and match candidates to the right opportunities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Craft compelling candidate presentations that showcase qualifications and career fit.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress.
  • Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process, offering expert support every step of the way.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices in recruiting, training, and mentorship.

Who You Are:

Someone with a strong connection to the military community—whether a US military veteran, National Guard/Reserve member, or military spouse (preferred but not required).

A seasoned recruiter with 8+ years of experience in high-volume, agency recruiting across multiple industries.

A strategic thinker who can creatively source candidates and build strong professional networks.

An exceptional communicator who thrives in relationship-driven environments.

A motivated self-starter who excels under deadlines and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.

A tech-savvy professional with experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Holds a bachelor’s degree—or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
