Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to support a nationwide manufacturer on a lean payroll team. You will process weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees and collaborate with supervisors on corrections and adjustments.

The ideal candidate has three or more years of payroll experience, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ADP WFN or similar payroll platforms. Higher education is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience processing large payrolls.
• Higher education desired, but not required.
• System savvy in MS Excel as well as payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees.

• Transfer data from ERP system into ADP WFN.
• Calculate gross to net components and overtime using MS Excel.
