We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role involves providing payroll and administrative support to the Corporate Payroll Team, handling salary and hourly payroll, auditing reports, managing garnishments, processing uncashed checks, and supporting payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

1. Running payroll for salary and hourly employees and supporting other pay groups.
2. Auditing payroll reports and correcting discrepancies.
3. Tracking timesheets for nonexempt payrolls.
4. Managing garnishment processes and processing related payments.
5. Handling stale checks and direct deposit returns.
6. Updating tracking spreadsheets and pulling payroll reports for field locations.
7. Supporting payroll inquiries and maintaining confidential files.

Qualifications:

• Prior payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Flexibility during key deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with ADP Vantage and knowledge of ADP systems.
