Carter Rolan Group is supporting a growing organization in Dallas seeking a Payroll Specialist to enhance its payroll function during a busy operational period. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of payroll experience in high-volume environments and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities include payroll reconciliations, managing payroll adjustments, and supporting compliance activities. This is a contract opportunity within a stable and growing business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years payroll experience within high-volume environments.
• Multi-state payroll exposure essential.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, Paylocity or UKG highly desirable.

• Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage payroll adjustments, bonuses, and off-cycle runs.
• Support payroll compliance activities.
• Partner with HR & Finance teams for payroll queries.

CRG are currently supporting a growing Dallas based organisation looking to strengthen its payroll function during a busy operational period and ongoing process improvement activity.

This position will support a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment and would suit an experienced Payroll professional comfortable operating within fast-paced, deadline driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll reconciliations & variance analysis
• Managing payroll adjustments, bonuses and off-cycle runs
• Supporting payroll compliance activities
• Partnering with HR & Finance teams across payroll queries
• Supporting payroll process improvement initiatives
• Assisting with payroll reporting and audit support

Ideal Background

• 4+ years payroll experience within high-volume environments
• Multi-state payroll exposure essential
• ADP, Workday, Paylocity or UKG exposure highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently within fast-moving teams
