Job summary

RTX is seeking a Payroll Portfolio Lead to guide Payroll and Timekeeping projects within the Enterprise Services organization. The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and governance across multiple functional teams.

You will work in a hybrid role, interact with senior leaders, and travel ~20% within the US to coordinate across sites and stakeholders. This position demands deep payroll domain expertise and strategic project leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• 7+ years leading complex Payroll/Timekeeping projects or programs in Enterprise Operations.
• Experience overseeing technology implementations, end-to-end deployments from requirements to go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers on Payroll and Timekeeping project activities, including schedules, decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Address complex issues with executive escalations and drive critical decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner and BRM.
• Assist PMO Director with capital project submittals and leadership on prioritization.
• Develop materials to communicate project value delivery to senior leaders.
