Job summary

RTX is seeking a Payroll Portfolio Lead to join the PMO/Transformation Organization in a hybrid role. You will oversee payroll and timekeeping project activities, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive value delivery across multiple teams. Expect travel around 20% within the US.

The position demands a university degree (or higher) with 10+ years leading complex programs, and a proven track record in end-to-end technology deployments and regulatory payroll requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in leading complex projects or programs.
• Experience overseeing payroll/timekeeping implementations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers on payroll and timekeeping projects, including schedules, resources, and risks.
• Address complex issues with executive escalations and critical decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner and BRM closely.
• Assist PMO Director with capital projects and leadership on prioritization.
• Develop materials to clearly communicate project value to senior leaders.
