The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in payroll; CPP/FPC preferred. Strong leadership, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• 3+ years in payroll operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-state, multi-entity payroll and union/non-union populations.
• Proficient with UKG Pro Pay/People Center or similar SaaS payroll/timekeeping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for 10,000+ team members.
• Establish payroll calendars, coverage plans, and processing approvals.
• Review payroll inputs and outputs; pause processing if material issues occur.
• Ensure timely payroll funding, tax deposits, and pay statements.
• Oversee year-end payroll activities and W‑2 processing.
• Provide timely resolution of escalated payroll questions and issues.
