Ideal candidates will have extensive ADP Workforce Now experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to audit, troubleshoot, and implement process improvements while safeguarding employee data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive payroll administration experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage and hour laws.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for multiple states and companies.
• Audit and reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee payroll records in ADP and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support timekeeping and regulatory reporting; assist with year-end activities.
