Job summary

Taylor Morrison Home Funding Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own payroll end to end for multiple companies under Financial Services, spanning multiple states and entities.

Every pay cycle, you ensure accurate, timely and compliant pay, and between cycles you calculate commissions and monthly production bonuses, build proformas, and shape sales compensation plans. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with ADP Workforce Now, multi-state payroll, and advanced Excel skills,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll administration, payroll analysis, or related payroll experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ADP Workforce Now processing experience required
• Experience processing multi-state payroll across multiple entities
• Demonstrated ability to calculate commissions and incentive payouts across multiple plan structures
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain proformas and financial models supporting compensation planning
• Experience administering and interpreting executive sales commission agreements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state wage and hour regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies and states, including new hires, status changes, terminations, and payroll adjustments
• Audit payroll transactions and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to each pay run
• Manage and maintain employee payroll records within ADP Workforce Now and related HRIS platforms
• Maintain accurate records for garnishments, PTO accruals, and off-cycle or manual check requests
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries from team members and leaders while delivering on customer commitments
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the team member experience
• Manage the calculation and distribution of monthly commissions and bonus programs for multiple companies
• Process monthly production bonuses for departments across mortgage operations and title operations
• Administer executive sales commission agreements, ensuring payments are calculated, documented, and paid in accordance with the terms
• Develop and maintain annual financial proformas supporting sales contract pricing
• Partner with department heads and Finance leadership to model impact of proposed plan changes
