Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field.
• CPP or PCP certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, leadership role.
• Strong U.S. and Canadian payroll and tax compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, and reporting cycles.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure payroll data integrity.
