Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing payroll teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, tax compliance, and filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a payroll team responsible for bi-weekly payroll for 2,000+ employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, taxes.
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.
