Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a growing network of clinics and administrative teams across multiple states. You will oversee system integrations, compliance, and payroll accounting, ensuring accurate, timely compensation for clinicians, staff, and corporate employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of progressive multi-state payroll experience, including at least 2+ years leading payroll operations or managing complex payroll functions.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern enterprise cloud HRIS/payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP Vantage) and time/attendance systems.
• Certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end multi-state payroll operations across clinics and corporate entities.
• Administer diverse compensation structures including hourly, salaried, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local wage-and-hour regulations and year-end filings.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll configurations, codes, and workflows; drive automation and integrations.
