Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care in the United States is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end multi-state payroll operations across our clinic network. You will ensure compliance, optimize processes, and deliver accurate, timely compensation to clinicians, staff, and corporate teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years’ payroll experience, with expertise in modern cloud HRIS/payroll platforms (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP Vantage) and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-state payroll experience, including 2+ years leading payroll ops.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud HRIS/payroll platforms (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP Vantage) and time/attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-state payroll processing across clinic locations and entities, ensuring full compliance with wage-and-hour laws.
• Administer diverse compensation structures including hourly, salaried, bonuses, and deductions.
• Lead year-end close activities, tax filings, and payroll reporting to leadership.
