You will manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, maintain payroll records, and coordinate tax and third-party payments to be processed accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience.
• 3+ years of payroll management experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all payroll functions.
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices.
• Compile payroll statistics and monthly/quarterly payroll reports.
• Ensure that payroll taxes and third-party payments are processed and paid accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
• Act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues.
