Job summary

Leoforce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our growing construction organization. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for field and corporate employees while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience in construction, including hourly pay, prevailing wage, certified payroll, union payroll, job costing, and multi-state payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Previous union experience is strongly preferred.
