Responsibilities include overseeing the full payroll cycle, supervising a Payroll Specialist, and maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local payroll rules. Strong communication is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience for 500+ employees.
• Leadership experience overseeing payroll staff.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full payroll cycle for 400+ employees from start to finish.
• Supervise, support, and mentor one Payroll Specialist.
• Generate payroll reports and reconciliations for leadership.
