Job summary

Levy is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for United Center employees in a unionized environment. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and risk management related to payroll and labor compliance, coordinating with Operations, HR, Finance, and Compass Headquarters.

The role involves managing large-scale hourly union and non-union payrolls, applying collective bargaining agreements, supervising timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with FLSA and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• 5+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for large-scale hourly union and non-union employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for union contracts including wages, overtime, premiums, deductions, and dues.
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to payroll practices.
• Oversee timekeeping systems, audits, corrections, and approvals with operations leadership.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports; partner with Finance on labor reporting and budget tracking.
