TriStarr is seeking a Senior Payroll Processor in Lancaster to manage weekly payroll end-to-end, including timekeeping, deductions, and reporting. You will handle multi-unit payrolls, union requirements, and ensure accurate, compliant processing while providing timely pay questions resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll end-to-end, including checks/ACH and payroll reporting.
• Administer the timekeeping system and train field users on best practices.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee data.
• Handle multi-union requirements, certified payrolls, and union remittances.
• Review calculations for wages, taxes, benefits, and deductions for accuracy.
• Manage voluntary/involuntary deductions and related filings/payments.
• Support I-9 collection and E-Verify.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and process improvement projects.
