Responsibilities

• Manage contingent payment documents to ensure accurate processing and posting.
• Manage data entry to PeopleSoft of contingent payroll forms and documents.
• Oversee Graduate Assistant and Resident Assistant payments in PeopleSoft Additional Pay.
• Maintain payment spreadsheets as control system for biweekly payments.
• Ensure compliance with FICA tax regulations regarding enrollment status.
• Provide payroll training, coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
