Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPP or FPC preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with UKG, Workday, ADP, Dayforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather data, interpret it, and improve HRIS processes.
• Experience with SOX controls and internal audits is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for data interactions between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Lead testing, reviews, and implementations of HRIS/payroll integrations.
• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve issues.
• Lead analytic reporting projects as assigned.
• Support payroll team with analytic activities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize HRIS processes.
• Document processes, testing results, and GL setup.
• Assist with month/quarter/year-end reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
