Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Minnetonka for a hybrid role with two days in-office per week. You will process weekly and off-cycle payrolls for 500–1,000 employees and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for salaried, hourly, bonus and commission employees (500–1,000).
• Audit and validate payroll data, timecards, hires, terminations, and deductions.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and GL entries.
• Manage off-cycle and manual checks as required.
• Coordinate payroll taxes, year-end (W-2) processing and notices.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance on payroll matters.
