Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple states and locations. You will maintain the HRIS, guarantee data accuracy, and collaborate with HR and Finance to support audits, reporting, and month-end activities.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with UKG HRIS/payroll software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency with UKG payroll and HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple states.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with data integrity.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Generate reports from HRIS and support month-end processes.
• Assist with benefits administration and deductions.
• Cross-train with Benefits and HRIS Specialist for PTO coverage.
• Stay current with payroll laws and best practices.
