Qualifications

• One year of journey technical level HR experience.
• Equivalent HR Technician 2 level with the State of Alaska or the equivalent elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll staff and support payroll duties.
• Analyze, calculate, audit, and certify timesheets.
• Process personnel actions on time and without error.
• Ensure all payroll transactions comply with applicable rules, bargaining provisions, statutes, and SOPs.
