Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years' experience analyzing financial problems and recommending solutions to management.
• One year of experience assembling, analyzing and interpreting financial and accounting data and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
• One year of experience in budget management and control.
• Six months' experience in staff supervision including planning, assigning, reviewing and evaluating work of others.
• Six months' experience using automated human resource or payroll management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly payroll processing and ensuring accurate payroll execution.
• Perform internal control reviews and monitor compliance with policies.
• Coordinate payroll funding adjustments and manage overpayments collection.
• Lead payroll initiatives and process improvements within the Central Payroll Unit.
