Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with required managerial experience in fiscal management or administration.
• Experience in payroll processing, tax filings, HRIS/timekeeping, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits.
• Audit data, reconcile payroll adjustments, and perform audits for accuracy.
• Prepare reports on payroll liabilities and tax compliance for management.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to address complex pay inquiries.
• Maintain strong internal controls; update SOPs and improve workflows.
