Job summary

Paylocity, based in Schaumburg, IL, seeks an Operations professional to provide advanced payroll and HR data support on-site. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive client service, and cross-functional collaboration within Elevate Solutions.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, data management, client communications, and problem solving. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HCM experience are required. On-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant HCM experience.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role.
• Demonstrated accuracy and time-management skills.
• CPP/FPC/APA/SHRM-CP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: end-to-end payroll tasks with validations and auditing.
• Data Maintenance: manage HR, timekeeping, and pay data updates.
• Client Issue Resolution: handle day-to-day service requests with depth.
• Knowledge Management: maintain platform knowledge and documentation.
• Quality & Compliance: conduct audits to ensure contract and policy compliance.
• Support Tax Filings: validate payroll tax filings and deadlines.
• Mentorship & Leadership: assist onboarding and training as needed.
• Strategic Oversight: engage with clients to elevate experience.
