Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Operations professional for its Elevate Solutions team in Schaumburg, IL. The role focuses on providing expert payroll and HR data services, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and client satisfaction. This is an in-office position with no remote option.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Managed Services, and 3+ years in payroll/HR settings, with deep knowledge of payroll systems and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Managed Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll service bureau, benefits center, or payroll/HR/benefits administrator role.
• Expert proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or client interfacing with escalations.
• Strong time-management and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee highly complex end-to-end payroll tasks for flagship clients.
• Manage HR, timekeeping, and pay data updates with complex changes.
• Lead and resolve complex service requests from clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of platforms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform audits and reconciliation to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Assist leadership with onboarding and team training.
