Job summary

Crescent Park is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for all sites, ensuring accurate, on-time pay while staying compliant with federal, state, and local requirements. The role partners with People Operations, Finance, and leadership to improve processes and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll, and HRIS management.
• Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, FPC) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, accruals, and fiscal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple pay groups across Crescent Park sites.
• Ensure timekeeping data accuracy and on-time submissions.
• Process compensation changes, new hires, terminations, transfers, retroactive adjustments and bonuses.
• Manage payroll deductions, tax withholdings, and benefit-related withholdings.
• Support year-end activities (W-2, ACA data, quarter-end reconciliations) and audits.
• Maintain payroll data confidentiality and implement process improvements.
• Cross-train team members and serve as payroll SOP owner.
